Tactics Vibes Cup — Season 1

Welcome to the Tactics Vibes Cup — Season 1

12 weeks. 32 Players. One Season Finale — September 26–27.

Tactics Vibes Cup Season 1 Finale is the main event of the season, bringing together the top-performing players from the Vibes Cup Weekly Qualifier Series. To earn your spot at the Grand Finale on September 26–27, you must compete in the weekly events, accumulate ranking points, and meet the qualification criteria outlined in this guide.

How to Qualify

There are two ways into the Finale — and you only need one of them.

⚡ Pathway 1 — Auto-Qualify

Finish in the Top 2 of any weekly qualifier and you're in — automatically. With 12 weeks of events, up to 24 Finale spots are up for grabs this way.

🏆 Pathway 2 — Season Points Leaderboard

Didn't Top 2? You're still in the race. Your best 8 results across all 12 weeks (worst 4 dropped) make up your season total. At the end of the season, the top players on the leaderboard who haven't already auto-qualified fill the remaining Finale slots — up to 8 spots.

Weekly Point System

Points are awarded every week based on your finish. Here's the breakdown:

Placement Points
1st Place 100
2nd Place 75
3rd Place 60
4th Place 50
5th Place 40
6th Place 30
7th Place 20
8th Place 10

Ties on the leaderboard are broken first by most Top 2 finishes, then most Top 5 finishes.

Repeat Qualifier Rule

What happens when a weekly Top 2 finisher has already locked in their Finale spot from an earlier week? Here's how it works:

  • No pass-down. If a Top 2 finisher already holds a Finale slot, their invite is not passed down to the next unqualified player.
  • Prize & points stay. The repeat Top 2 finisher still keeps their weekly prize and still earns leaderboard points as normal.
  • Slot converts — and stacks. The unused invite becomes an extra leaderboard slot instead (Top 8 → 9 → 10…), one for each repeat finish across the season. Total Finale slots stay fixed at 32.
  • Extra qualifiers aren't guaranteed. Tactics may, at its discretion, run additional qualifier events to fill open slots. New Top 2 finishers there earn real auto-invites; repeat qualifiers again grow the leaderboard pool.
  • Scoring cap is fixed. No matter how many qualifier events run, only a player's best 8 scores (or the adjusted number per this rule) count toward their leaderboard total.
